In some situations, you may find it advantageous for one of our technicians to remotely connect to your desktop to help you through an issue. Once you have discussed this with one of our techncians, they will instruct you to come to this page and download and run the Remote Connectivity Agent which will allow them to connect to your PC. You must open a support call first in order to use the remote tool. While you're on the phone with one of our representatives, ask about our Monthly Support Agreements that can save you money in regular support issues and on office equipment and supplies.
